1. Use a lint roll to make sure the surface is clean.
2. Pre-Heat your press to 140c ( this is what we use, and may differ slightly )
3. Place the image on thr garment and cover as normal.
4. Press your design for approximately 15 seconds.
5. Wait until it has cooled down then remove the transfer sheet.
6. Apply a Teflon sheet on top of the design, then re-press for a further 10 seconds.
